FAQ
The first step of the process is providing an estimate. If the ballpark estimate is approved, we will come out to your property to get a better look and give you a final estimate. During this time we will also walk your property with you to get a feel for the design, curves and flow of the curbing you’d want.

Next, we will schedule an installation week with you. Scheduling by the week, rather than day, works best because there are a number of factors that can fluctuate when we are able to come do your job. The biggest being the weather. If there is prolonged periods of inclement weather that keeps pushing jobs back, your installation week may get moved out. We will always stay in touch with you to keep you informed.
We will either come ahead of time to prep your yard, or do it the morning of your installation, depending on availability and size of project. Again, we will be in touch to let you know what works best.

When we arrive the morning of your project, we will let you know we are there and start setting up. We take necessary steps to keep things as clean as possible, but please keep in mind that there will be some mess while we are there and there will be some noise from the machines. It’s somewhat of a construction site. Things will be cleaned up when we are finished.

After we have finished, we will walk the property with you so you can see the finished product and sign off on the completed job. We will also collect payment at this time.
